Luxury car company Bentley Motors will open its first branded residential tower in Miami, USA in 2027. All 216 residences include an in-unit multi-car garage that is connected to a lift, designed to transport people from the street to their home while still inside their car.
Intended to meet the needs of luxury car owners, the patented lift located at the heart of the building has been named the ‘Dezervator’ after the company’s property developer partner, Dezer Development, who are a part of its innovative creation.
The Bentley Residences tower, which has found its home along the cost of Sunny Isles Beach, is 61 stories high and teeming with details that reference the luxury car brand, such as the use of its recognisable diamond motif for the diamond-shaped glass panels on the facade, to the tiles used for the lobby that bear the same shape.
Designed by architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower has a cylindrical form, where floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit ensure a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and far-reaching views of the Atlantic Ocean.
“We have applied the same attention to detail that goes into our cars into this very building,” said Head of Design Collaborations at Bentley, Chris Cooke, via Dezeen.
Among the many communal amenities are an oceanfront gym and a cinema, the latter designed to reflect the interior of a Bentley car.
