Mercedes-Benz and luxury property developer Binghatti unveiled plans for Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, a 65-storey skyscraper that marks the car manufacturer’s first residential project with a tower set to be 341 metres high.
With broad views of the Burj Khalifa, also known as the world’s tallest tower, the skyscraper is located in the downtown district of Dubai. It will accommodate over 200 apartments, restaurants, exhibition spaces and a host of luxury amenities.
The tower, which is slated to open in 2026, is designed to have a curved pinnacle and a repeated pattern of the Mercedes-Benz logo on its facade. It is described by Mercedes as a visionary project that “represents the zenith of Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz’s shared passion for iconic design and innovation, setting a new benchmark for luxurious and intelligent living.”
Britta Seeger, a board member of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG said, “With Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are transcending the automotive realm to craft extraordinary brand experiences.”
“Partnering with Binghatti, who boasts extensive expertise in real estate development, is an ideal match for us. Our inaugural branded residential tower aims to establish novel, coveted grounds that encapsulate our brand’s essence, providing our patrons with a sanctuary to arrive, unwind, and call home.”
Mercedes-Benz joins a growing list of car brands launching lavish residential projects around the world, including Bentley Motor’s tower in Miami and Lamborghini’s villa complex in Spain.
