Corinthia Hotels has announced a partnership with Dubai General Properties for the creation of a landmark hotel and residential development in the heart of Dubai.
A two-tower structure, located on Sheikh Zayed Road near the popular Museum of the Future, will exceed a height of 500 metres, ranking it among the world’s tallest buildings.
Canadian company Atkins Realis has been appointed as lead architect and engineering consultants, while the project will be managed by QP, “ensuring seamless execution with a targeted completion by 2030.”
Corinthia Dubai will feature “a contemporary architectural style, conjoined by a cantilevered sky lobby extending over 200 metres above the ground, visible from both the north and south elevations,” the hospitality brand shared.
“This visionary project will redefine the traditional hotel and branded residences concept, introducing Corinthia’s Mediterranean soul and inventive hospitality to Dubai for the first time.”

The five-star hotel and branded serviced penthouses and apartments will boast breathtaking views and elegant interiors, Corinthia says, where guests and residents will have access to a “next-generation spa” featuring indoor and outdoor pools, fitness equipment, personal trainers and a team of health and wellbeing experts.
A ballroom and event spaces with views of Jumeirah Beach, five restaurants and bars, multiple rooftop pools, including private pools for penthouses and select residences, a private members’ club and green spaces are all part of the project, which comprises a total built-up area of 330,000 square metres.
