The Verdala Terraces, a prestigious development by AX Group located along the ridge edge of Rabat’s Tal-Virtu is nearing its final stages, and has marked the occasion with an on-site networking event that included a viewing of the Grand and Royal mansions.
The event, hosted in partnership with luxury brands Azimut Yacths Malta, Porsche, and Veuve Clicquot offered potential residents and investors a preview of the luxurious lifestyle the Verdala Terraces promises.
In anticipation of the development’s final stages, the event allowed for guests to see show apartments that have been completed for viewing, unveiling spacious interiors, high-end finishes, and broad views of Mdina and Malta’s open countryside.
“This event is a preview of the tranquil and inviting lifestyle that the Verdala Terraces will offer, showcasing what future residents can expect. I thank all our esteemed partners and guests who made this event possible,” said Denise Xuereb, Director of Construction and Development at AX Group and CEO of AX Real Estate.
The Group – which operates across multiple sectors including development, construction, hospitality and healthcare – collaborated with C&K architects to bring their vision for Verdala Terraces to life, a project described as one that represents “the realms of development, architecture, real estate, and hospitality, and rooted in a deep affection for the Rabat neighbourhood.”
