In what appears to be a trend of luxury automobile brands foraying into real estate with lavish buildings – recently, Bentley announced it is designing a skyscraper in Miami while Bugatti will be developing its first residential tower in Dubai – Lamborghini announced its latest residential project and first in Europe with a project called Tierra Viva.

The residential complex, which will be located in Benehavis (near Marbella) in Spain’s Costa del Sol, comprises 53 villas of various heights along the region’s mountainous hills, each with broad views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The design of Tierra Viva, a partnership between Lamborghini and developer Dar Global, is said to be inspired by the iconic sports cars, “with interiors enriched by sophisticated finishes inspired by the Lamborghini style,” said the brand.

Three villa categories will be available – four-, five- or six-bedroom residences, all of which are equipped with a swimming pool, multiple terraces, and lush gardens. Marble floors and floor-to-ceiling glazing are just some of the finishes expected.
“This partnership represents the merging of Lamborghini’s luxury supercar essence and Dar Global’s expertise in real estate,” said Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini CEO. “Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini and its unrestricted nature, interpreted into an architectural masterpiece.”
