In her most recent collection of dinnerware and decorative pieces for fashion and homeware brand Anthropologie, French artist Nathalie Lété drew on themes of fantasy, humour and childhood memories.
The collection includes ornate glass jars, plates, glasses and cookware featuring woodland creatures and floral motifs in warm and earthy tones that recall the ambience of autumn.
Colourful and cosy soft furnishings in the form of embroidered velvet pillows and throw blankets carry similar themes, where birds, blooms and magical-looking mushrooms come together in a fantasy landscape.

Nathalie draws on various techniques and mediums in her work, from illustration and painting to ceramics and textiles.
The visual artist “is inspired by her travels, but also by the mixing of vintage toys and old engravings of flowers and animals. Her work is colourful, naive and poetic, sometimes strange, to the point of tending towards art brut.”
