Bubble sofa by Sacha Lakic
The voluptuous Bubble sofa, created by French designer Sacha Lakic for furniture company Roche Bobois, “expresses the balance between innovation, function and emotion”. It is hand-made and inspired by natural shapes, and features a complex padded fabric that the French brand describes as a “technical and creative achievement.”
Macaron Armchair by Gal Gaon
Israeli designer Gal Gaon designed the playful Macaron collection, featuring an armchair, ottoman and sofa system, for Nilufar Gallery. Inspired by the popular French confection, the armchair and sofa appear to be composed of multiple macarons attached to each other in a variety of soft colours, upholstered in suede.
Livre by Federica Biasi
The sculptural Livre armchair by Federica Biasi features a wide solid wood base and an oversized, generous seat padded with non-deformable foam. Designed for Italian brand Gallotti & Radice, the chair also has a swivel version and can be upholstered in fabric or leather.
Ether Cloud Settee by Jonathan Adler
Designer Jonathan Adler had one thing in mind when creating the Ether Cloud settee – a seat that “looks and feels like heaven”. With its cloud silhouette and enveloping form, the Ether Cloud combines Bergamo Snow upholstery with brass legs for an elegant yet edgy finish.
Flora Modular by Khaled El Mays
The Flora collection by Lebanese designer Khaled El Mays for Nilufar Gallery is a modular series composed of four seats, defined by rounded shapes and captivating designs. The chairs are upholstered in a soft suede fabric in solid colours or swirling patterns, which were designed by El Mays himself.
Inger by Eichholtz
With its soft curves and nature-inspired design which resembles an open flower, Inger, a swivel chair by Dutch furniture brand Eichholtz is a charming seat featuring a brushed brass base and soft bouclé upholstery. The Inger series includes an ottoman in the same fabric and a sofa with a curvilinear shape.
