With a distinct pale green hue, which has become synonymous with the Italian fashion house, and luxurious interiors that are dripping in fine detail, Prada Caffé landed in London with a statement.

The pop-up café, which is open until January 2024, is inspired by Prada’s world-famous shops, including its first ever store that opened a century ago at Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in 1913.

Velvet green sofas and armchairs, floral bass reliefs on the walls and a grand, imposing counter and display are a few of the many sensorial surprises at the upscale café. Contrasting against a sea of pale green is the black-and-white chequered flooring, which is a nod to the brand’s iconic monochromatic designs.
Located on the corner of Hans Road, Prada Caffé is hard to miss. A latticed facade in the same colour complements the baroque exterior of Harrods’ storefront.

Inside, a mezzanine level offers a striking view of the marble-clad display below, while tables are decked with original tableware, chosen by the fashion brand to complement the sumptuous settings, including pale blue Japanese porcelain and crystal glasses.
